Marble Alley : Knoxville, Tennessee 

Marble Alley is a 238-unit community located on 2.85 acres in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee.  The four/five story buildings will be built on eight parcels along the block of Commerce Avenue, S. Central Street, Union Avenue and State Street.  Directly in front of the site is the new Gay Street Regal Cinemas and the famous Market Square and Old City is only a short walk away.  The community is also a short walk away from The University of Tennessee.

3343 Memorial : Murfreesboro, Tennessee

3343 Memorial will be an upscale multifamily community of Class A apartment homes. The community, which will employ an e-Urban design concept, will consist of 241 luxury apartment homes within four three/four split buildings and four carriages.

The community will include a resort-style pool, business center, fitness center, community garden, attached & detached garages, barbecue/picnic areas and a stylish clubhouse. Individual apartment homes will include granite countertops, crown moulding, full-size washers and dryers, ceramic tile flooring and walk-in closets.

3343 memorial is located in one of the most well establish parts of Murfreesboro and is well known for its top performing Siegel School District and a variety of private schools.  The 3343 memorial site is surrounded to the North and East with existing commercial properties ranging from Walgreens to Publix and a variety of local and national restaurants.  Diagonal to the site is the U.S. Veterans Hospital and less than a mile to the south is the State Farm Operations Center, both of which employ over 2,800 jobs.

Murfreesboro is Tennessee’s fastest growing major city and one of the fastest growing cities in the country. It is also home to Middle Tennessee State University, the largest undergraduate university in the state of Tennessee, with an undergraduate population of 22,299 and 25,188 total students as of 2009. In 2006, Murfreesboro was ranked by Money magazine as one of the best places to live in the United States.
