Internal Operations Manager

Aimeé joined TDK Construction in 2006 with 20 years of prior experience in the commercial construction accounting industry. Responsible for handling the day-to-day internal operations of the TDK Construction office in Tennessee, she serves as a liaison to the construction team. Aimeé specializes in HUD and conventional construction loan processing of paperwork and final closings. She handles all Human Resource items including but not limited to Employee orientation, policy and requirements along with handbook training. She manages all aspects of health, dental, and vision insurance. Aimeé is responsible for instituting policies and procedures and updating and maintaining all information and computing technology. Aimeé is the gate keeper for all paperwork related to jobsite injuries, reporting, and any issues for the office and field. As well as maintaining Subcontractors Certificate of Insurance and Release of Liens insuring owner protection from workers compensation and liability claims. She is instrumental in improving and maintaining OSHA Record Keeping & Safety policies as required by EEOC law. And she manages, prepares and presents monthly TDK Owner pay applications, change orders, and job site payables. Aimeé also works closely with the KY Accounting office to ensure that all job payables, receivables and any other job related information is forwarded to KY for processing.
