Operations and Human Resource Manager

Jessica helps to oversee TDK Construction's daily operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. She is responsible for all traditional and HUD project accounts receivable. She collaborates daily with other team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.  As the Procore Administrator for TDK, Jessica plays a role in the long-term planning, set up, status reporting, and implementation of processes for all TDK projects. She works closely with the VP of Operations on other special planning projects. She is also responsible for the reporting of TDK project metrics. Jessica graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University in Early Childhood Education. She spent the following three years teaching. With strong organizational skills and driven by a desire to help others, Jessica switched gears specializing in database management and grant writing for two non-profit organizations prior to joining TDK in 2018.
